Appointment Policies

To our valued clients:

We have implemented new scheduling and cancellation policies. Your appointments are very important to us, and the time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes rescheduling or cancellations are necessary, so we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Please keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving the required notice, we not only lose your business but also miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with potential clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Appointment Deposit Policy

The following services will require a $50.00 deposit to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the service you will be receiving.

  • Full Highlight
  • Keratin Treatment
  • Specialty Perm
  • Balayage
  • Double Process Color
  • Global Lightening Package
  • Corrective Color Services booked for a 3-hour period or longer.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Deposit-Only Services

Cancellations or appointment rescheduling that takes place 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment or please contact the salon to request a refund for your deposit.

Cancellations that take place within a 24-hour period of your appointment time will be forfeited. Please note, upon rescheduling a new service appointment a new deposit will be required.
